Credits System

Our services operate on a credit based system. Each AI generation task consumes a certain number of credits. You can purchase credits or receive them through subscription plans. Credits may have expiration dates depending on how they were acquired.

Subscription Plans

Use of Services

Acceptable Use

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times without interruption. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability.

Service Limitations

AI generation results may vary in quality and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI generated content. Generation times may vary depending on system load and complexity of requests. We reserve the right to set reasonable limits on service usage to ensure fair access for all users.

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Inspix AI. This includes images you upload, videos you generate, and any text prompts you provide. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

License to Us

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content. This license allows us to provide our services, such as processing your images through AI models and storing your generated videos. This license is necessary for service operation and does not transfer ownership to us.

Our Content

The Inspix AI platform, including our website, software, AI models, features, and functionality, is owned by us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform without permission.

Third Party AI Models

We use third party AI model providers to generate your content. By using our services, you acknowledge that your inputs and outputs may be processed by these providers. We select providers based on their quality, performance, and data protection standards.

Prohibited Activities

General Prohibitions

You may not use Inspix AI to create illegal content. You may not generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. You may not create content that is hateful, abusive, violent, or otherwise harmful. You may not use our services to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

Technical Prohibitions

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks. You may not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers. You may not use automated scripts or bots to access our services without permission. You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limitations.

Commercial Restrictions

You may not create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive. You may not generate content depicting illegal activities. You may not create content that violates privacy rights of individuals. You may not produce content that promotes dangerous or harmful activities.

Payment and Billing

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance. You will have the opportunity to cancel before new pricing takes effect.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You must provide valid payment information to purchase credits or subscriptions. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees you incur. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.

Credits

Purchased credits are added to your account immediately after payment. Credits from subscriptions refresh according to your plan terms. Some credits may expire after a certain period. Expired credits cannot be refunded. Credits are non transferable between accounts.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues or service problems. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@inspix.ai.

Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright

All AI generated content created using your inputs is your intellectual property. You may use this content for any lawful purpose including commercial use. However, remember that AI models are trained on large datasets. While rare, generated content could potentially resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe third party rights.

Trademarks

The Inspix AI name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. You may not create products or services using our name or confusingly similar names. You may mention Inspix AI when describing content created using our platform.

Attribution

You are not required to attribute Inspix AI when using generated content. However, we appreciate when users share that they created content with our platform. Attribution helps others discover our services and supports our community.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Service Disclaimers

Inspix AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be error free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation. We do not warrant that generated content will meet your requirements.

No Professional Advice

Our services do not constitute professional advice. Generated content should not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any generated content before use.

Third Party Content

We are not responsible for third party AI models, services, or content. We do not endorse or guarantee third party providers. Your use of third party services may be subject to additional terms.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. These exclusions apply even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using our services at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Your generated content will also be deleted unless you download it first.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We may terminate your account if you engage in prohibited activities. We may suspend service for non payment of fees. We may terminate your account for fraud or abuse of our services. We will provide notice when reasonably possible, but immediate termination may occur for serious violations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Inspix AI immediately ceases. You will lose access to your account and generated content. Outstanding fees remain due after termination. Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Inspix AI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet data transmission. We are not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

We may already be working on similar ideas independently.

We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of our services.

Inspix AI is operated from the United States. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in all locations. Access to our services may not be legal in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing our services.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our company is registered. This applies without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in our location for any disputes.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@inspix.ai to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration is more informal than court proceedings. You waive your right to a jury trial. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to our systems. Small claims court proceedings are also permitted.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspix AI. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding your use of our services.

Severability
